Responsible Party
All front office, billing and management staff will want to know how enter in the Responsible Party. The Responsible Party screen has multiple functions including responsible party demographics, holding a patient statement, posting statement payments, identifying all patients tied to this responsible party and viewing the Collections module.

After sending out your first set of patient statements the billing department will quickly appreciate the importance of watching this training video, and may want to watch it several times.

The Responsible Party screen captures the basic demographic, address, employer, Financial Class, Account Type and family balances. You are also able to view all patients tied to the Responsible Party from this screen.
