Once the Encounter Forms are created they will be accessible to use electronically, or print to paper in your practice management software.

In the Practice Management Software system the Encounter Forms are named Charge Slips. Once the template is created and tied to a patient in the appointment scheduler it can be printed on paper or used as a electronic form within the PM software. As the doctor treats patients they check mark what services were rendered. This information than gets billed to the health insurance carriers.
