Return Policy
Returns on training manuals will receive a refund less 20% restocking fee if returned within 7 days of receipt by customer. Refunds do not apply to the shipping charge. No refunds on any video training purchases including any online annual or unlimited subscription purchases.

Please e-mail us should you have further questions about a return or wish to submit a return. No returns will be processed without prior authorization.

The Buyer may be subject to no less than a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee, shipping charges, and any losses incurred by Seller if a package is refused without prior authorization.

Shipping
You should receive a purchase confirmation in your email; our shipping standard is 3-6 business days. If you have not received your shipment within 6 business days after order, please call or email us back and we will retrieve a delivery confirmation number for you. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Overnight shipping can be requested via email. All purchases within the U.S. include free shipping, but additional charges will apply to HI and AK.

Orders typically will ship within 24hrs, M-F excluding U.S. holidays.

Shipping to the U.S. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
